The score simply shows how filled out your Agent Profile is. When clients search for an agent within the directory the agents with the higher score, and therefore the fuller profiles, are shown first. You get 2 points for linking your Facebook business page, and then a point for each section you fill. This includes the basic contact information, professional experience and your services with at least 250 characters, and displaying a video.

It is free to be a member of the Real Estate Agent Directory and display your Featured Listings.
WHO CAN USE IT?
The directory is mainly for Real Estate agents looking for home buyers and sellers. Property managers / mortgage agents are welcome to join but our services may not be a perfect fit.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE INFORMATION IN MY PROFILE?
To update any of your information you can access it through our Real Estate Agent Directory app here. Then click on the section you would like to edit. Make sure to fill in all of the information in the required fields marked with an asterisk (*) before saving.
WHAT IS THE DIRECTORY?
The Directory is a place clients can go to search for a Real Estate Agent in their area through Facebook. Clients are able to search by zip code, name, or area of expertise.
WHY IS IT CONNECTING TO MY PERSONAL PAGE?
Facebook requires that all applications (like the Real Estate Agent Directory) be downloaded by personal Facebook accounts. Because we know that most agents do not want to use their personal pages for business, we enable you to link your business page to use instead. We do not post to personal Facebook pages unless we are given direct permission to do so.
WHAT IS PROPERTY PINS?
In order for us to capture the client’s information, when they contact you, they must approve Property Pins as a permission from Facebook. Clients are also able to ‘pin’ agents and listings that they like in order to go back to them later. Property Pins also works in tandem with our phone app that sends you notifications when someone is in your search or agent profile and allows you to see the listings they are viewing.
WHY CAN’T I LINK MY BUSINESS PAGE?
- You might have already linked your Facebook business page. You look can confirm by looking for the agent profile tab on your Facebook business page.
- It could be linked to a partner’s account or the person who help set up your account. You look can confirm by looking for the agent profile tab on your Facebook business page and see who is listed.
- You may have age/country restrictions in your Facebook business page’s setting. – insert how to remove them
- You may have set your page to be unpublished in your Facebook business page’s setting. – insert how to publish.
